It’s been a while since Kris and Eli saw each other, and there’s a lot of unresolved tension. This is rough for Kris, an over-thinker who debates every little decision with the voices in their head. During this awkward social encounter, you, the audience, become these voices!

Whether you choose to be the angels or devils on Kris’s shoulder, what you advise them to do will alter the path of the story, and the future for these estranged friends. Come make powerful choices in this interactive immersive show with six different possible endings!

You may have experienced one of her pop-up interactive activations within Meow Wolf’s Convergence Station between 2021-2023, or seen one of her original one act musicals at the Reel Kids Theater in 2016-2017. You can find more of her work at ninamoldawsky.com. She is thrilled to debut her first live theater branching narrative show, Voices in My Head, here at the 2025 Denver Fringe Festival!

In Colorado Springs, she’s appeared in various works with Counterweight Theatre Lab, Theatre D’Art, and Campfire Theater Tours. She made her directorial debut last year with Fairy House by Emily Newton, also in Colorado Springs. She is thankful to Nina for bringing her along on this new adventure!

Aspen K Somers (she/her, Eli) is a Colorado-native actress, playwright, and director who is thrilled to be making her Denver Fringe debut in Voices in My Head. Returning to her hometown after graduating from the University of Southern California’s School of Dramatic Arts, Aspen’s work has most recently been seen on the Denver stage in Miscreant Theatre’s The Pillowman (OSCA Award, BroadwayWorld Award nomination) and as the director of the TYA touring production of Goldilocks and the Three Bears. You can also catch her performing monthly with the Loose Screws Improv, and her original play Cryptophasia debuts at Shifted Lens Theatre’s Fresh Looks Festival this July. When she’s not onstage, Aspen’s other great joy is sharing her love of the arts with the next generation as co-founder and president of the 501(c)3 youth organization, Stagebugz Theatre. Thank you to Nina and Lainey for this incredible opportunity, the wonderful cast, and her family for always believing in her!

Erin Banthoff (she/her, the Host) is a Denver-based theatrical artist who is always on the hunt for the next creative opportunity. By day she helps manage the nation’s longest-running disability theatre, Phamaly Theatre Company, on staff as Operations Manager. By night she is trying to find time for everything else: performance, podcasting, costuming, design, directing, and spending time with her beloved pets. Every day, she is thankful for her supportive circle and groovy husband, Jeremy.
